Job Description
As the Product Owner, you will serve as the primary liaison between business, operations, and technology teams, ensuring Salesforce Health Cloud solutions are aligned with organizational goals and healthcare business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog that maximizes business value. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and integration partners to support delivery of Salesforce enhancements, API integrations, and workflow solutions. You will lead UAT activities, coordinate release planning, drive change management and user adoption efforts, and facilitate cross-functional execution to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities. Success in this role requires balancing strategic product priorities with hands-on delivery execution while driving measurable outcomes for healthcare operations and end users.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Product Owner and/or Product Manager experience delivering enterprise applications.
Experience owning product vision, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and business outcomes in Agile and/or SAFe environments.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce applications, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, microservices, data mapping, and end-to-end business processes.
Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid operations, including claims, case management, workflows, or related business functions.
Experience leading stakeholder alignment sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), solution demonstrations, training, and business adoption efforts.
Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
Strong understanding of API-based integrations, microservices, enterprise architecture patterns, workflow automation, routing, business rules, and case management solutions.
Experience translating business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog to maximize business value.
Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and operations teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Health Cloud, or related credentials.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
Experience supporting healthcare claims workflows, workflow orchestration, inventory management, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with change management, release planning, and user enablement activities.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience supporting enterprise healthcare transformation programs.
