Job Description
· Design, develop, and maintain production-grade backend services using FastAPI, Pydantic, and async Python
· Architect scalable APIs with robust validation, serialization, and documentation using OpenAPI standards
· Implement modular, testable, and secure code with a focus on performance, maintainability, and observability
· Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), caching layers (Redis), and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
· Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
· Work closely with frontend, data, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features

Required Skills & Experience
· 8+ years of experience at a principal/architect level as a Python focused back-end developer
· Deep understanding of FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous programming
· Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms
· Exposure to AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK for building intelligent workflows and integrations
· Knowledge of LLM orchestration, tool calling, and embedding-based retrieval is a plus
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
· Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
· Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
