We are seeking a strategic and visionary Product Manager to lead the early stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on 0-1 product development. This role partners closely with the Business GM to define the product vision and strategy, translating future-state capabilities into actionable roadmaps. The Product Manager will drive the creation of key artifacts such as user journey maps and capability matrices, and lead a cross-functional 5 in the box team through discovery to delivery planning. Success in this role means delivering clear UX designs, technical solution diagrams, and a well-defined delivery roadmap aligned with business value and user needs.

Proven ability to translate capability matrices into epics and features
Experience conducting user journey discovery sessions to identify workflow improvements
Strong understanding of aligning business value with technical feasibility
Ability to define product KPIs and use analytics to measure performance
Skilled in leading cross-functional collaboration and managing feature backlog
