Job Description
We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for a major Data Modernization Initiative aimed at transforming siloed, manual data processes into connected, automated systems that strengthen public health responsiveness. This role will define the technical vision for replacing legacy .NET-based portals with modern Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The Architect will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding integration of external-facing portals with internal workflows, implementing robust governance and security models, and driving adoption of advanced capabilities such as ALM and CI/CD pipelines. Depending on project needs, this resource may also be involved in some development work. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Platform architecture, strong knowledge of security and compliance in regulated environments, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical strategies—ultimately enabling the client to respond faster and more effectively to evolving health challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and architecting Power Pages portals, including forms, security, and authentication.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and integration with external APIs including Salesforce
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates for responsive, accessible web design.
Expertise in Dataverse data modeling, connectors, and performance optimization. Understanding of authentication methods, role-based access, and portal security (Azure AD, B2C).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years in IT or 5+ years focused on Power Platform development.
