Job Description
An employer is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support a high-impact initiative within an executive state agency. This role involves building a centralized portal that integrates three major systems—Career Connect, Grants Management, and Case Management—into a seamless, automated experience. The developer will leverage the full Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Automate, to streamline manual processes, improve documentation and reporting, and enable data sharing across other state systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about process improvement and capable of translating complex requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong background in system integration and data connectivity across multiple platforms
Ability to design and implement automated workflows to replace manual processes
Experience with documentation, tracking, and reporting enhancements
Experience with Frevvo or other workflow automation software
Experience with object oriented programming or Power Fx low-code with the ability to build forms and develop new modules within Power Platform
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with government or public sector systems and data governance standards
