Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / QA Tester to support data-driven initiatives by translating business requirements into technical data solutions, performing detailed source-to-target data mapping, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of enterprise data pipelines. This role will be responsible for analyzing data requirements, reviewing source tables, validating transformations, and executing comprehensive data testing across ETL workflows and reporting layers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage, and will leverage advanced SQL skills to perform data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation. Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies for data pipelines, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, supporting reporting solutions in tools such as Tableau and SSRS, and collaborating cross-functionally with data engineers, BI developers, and business stakeholders. This individual will operate in an Agile environment utilizing tools like JIRA or Rally and will participate in and support bi-weekly production releases, ensuring all data changes are thoroughly tested and production-ready. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of experience in data analysis and QA testing, strong knowledge of data validation methodologies, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and QA Testing
• Hands-on expertise with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage) and SSRS Reports
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with ETL tools and data validation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
