Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a large healthcare client’s Contact Center initiatives, with a focus on implementing AgentForce. This is a fully remote position based in India, offering the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, with a focus on AgentForce for contact center operations.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Experience working with AgentForce or similar Salesforce-based contact center solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
Experience in the healthcare domain or with HIPAA-compliant environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
