Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Provider Data Compliance Consultant to support a growing Healthcare Services organization focused on healthcare regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and provider data governance. This individual will work directly with business leadership and compliance stakeholders to identify and remediate compliance gaps, support regulatory audits, maintain governance processes, and drive initiatives related to Medicaid and healthcare compliance programs.
A successful candidate will serve as a key partner to leadership by participating in cross-functional meetings, supporting audit and regulatory reviews, managing provider data compliance activities, and helping improve processes and controls across the organization. This role requires someone who can independently represent the team, manage multiple competing priorities, and effectively communicate with business, operational, and compliance stakeholders.
This position will support a highly collaborative compliance team responsible for provider data oversight, regulatory readiness, audit response, and ongoing compliance initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting healthcare compliance, regulatory compliance, audits, and remediation initiatives within a healthcare organization.

- Knowledge of provider data, provider directories, demographics, sanctions, exclusions, and healthcare governance requirements.

- Experience working with Medicaid programs, healthcare regulations, PHI/PII compliance, and vendor management requirements.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead discussions with stakeholders, and independently support audit and compliance-related activities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting credentialing, contracting operations, or provider network management functions.

- Exposure to process automation, audit playbook development, data governance, or healthcare informatics initiatives.

- Proven analytical skills with advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

- Experience navigating highly regulated healthcare environments, including enhanced compliance reviews, and regulatory investigations.
