ML Fullstack Developer

Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring for a ML Full‑Stack Engineer. Candidates will primarily focus on backend development while contributing to frontend features as needed, supporting an AI‑driven platform that delivers personalized healthcare recommendations. Day to day, the role involves building and enhancing backend APIs, integrating AI and LLM capabilities into application workflows, and supporting experimentation, content creation, and campaign launch platforms. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop scalable application and platform features, with AI embedded within the backend to power personalization and automation across the member health journey.

• 5–6 years of solid full‑stack engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands‑on experience working in cloud environments
Ability to work across both backend (60%) and frontend (40%) responsibilities
• Experience with GCP (preferred), though AWS or Azure experience is acceptable
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs, including OpenAI‑based models or similar

• Exposure to Gemini Cloud, Vertex AI, or comparable AI platforms
• Experience using Material UI or similar component libraries
Background working in experimentation‑driven or AI‑enabled platforms
