A largest healthcare provider is looking to hire a Lead Data Engineer to help replicate the EPIC, HR, and Scheduling data so that it is available on big query in a GCP environment. The end goal is to have all of this data accessible for analytics and enter a maintenance stage. In this role you will be joining an established environment and working on the replication and quality of patricians, etc. We are look for someone that takes initiative and once given a process can execute with little direction.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related field with 5+ years of professional or business analytics experience
GCP Certification
Hands-on experience with "Google Cloud" platform and Spark
Proficiency in the following programming languages: Python, SQL
Experience with traditional RDBMS, preferably SQL Server, Oracle , Teradata, MySQL, DB2
Proficiency in following scripting languages: shell scripting, python
Designing data models and solutions for analytical as well as reporting use cases
Previous experience with ETL tools (airflow, SSIS, Informatica, Talend)
Direct experience building large, production scale, secure, distributed data platforms using GCP ecosystem
Experience with cloud computing environment (ideally GCP)
Previous healthcare experience and domain knowledge
Experience working on a large-scale Spark implementation
