Job Description

Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking to hire a Implementation Manager for a 1 year contract. This position is remote work from home and has the opportunity for contract renewal or conversion to FTE. We need someone that has SAML 2.0 experience to support SiteMinder however; they are ,moving to Descope at some point in 2026/2027 which is OIDC so we need someone with experience in both or be able to be trained to support OIDC as that’s future state.

Digital Healthcare Implementation Manager for Secure Member Portal Health Customizations Team supporting plan sponsors that have been approved for SSO connections to the secure member portal. Candidate will lead and oversee the deployment and integration of advanced digital technologies, including SSO, API, and content management systems. Role requires autonomously driving successful implementation while managing multiple deliveries and collaborating with several business partners. This position requires strong communication, project management, and technical skills combined with healthcare industry knowledge to implement digital enhancements that improve the member experience, create operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

What you will do
• Independently lead end-to-end implementation for Single Sign Ons (SSOs)working in conjunction with internal and external partners to set up connections currently in Siteminder (SAML 2.0) and future in Descope (OIDC)
Independently own all portions of project delivery, including; facilitation and collaboration efforts with Plan Sponsors Third Party vendors and administrators for requirement gathering, project documentation, testing, release, and support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, both internally and externally, to understand their needs, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and/or blockers, to progress project and show transparency in approach.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are integrated effectively and securely.
• Collaborate with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items that align to Iteration Objectives
