Job Description

A healthcare client is looking or a IAM Engineer to sit fully remote. This person will be supporting the client in a lift and shift of their current SSO technology. They are currently supported by SiteMinder and are moving to a new one. This person should have Federation Engineering experience (inbound and outbound SSO). They should have experience configuring OIDC, OAuth 2.0 and SAML integrations using a SaaS identity provider. The engineer should have the ability to develop end to end migration plans for each application and integration parter while utilizing scripting or automation to streamline configuration and testing when applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years of experience as an IAM Engineer
3-5 years of Federation Engineering experience/overall understanding
Proficient in configuring OIDC, OAuth 2.0 and SAML integrations using a SaaS identity provider
Demonstrated experience migrating off legacy WAM platforms.
Hands-on experience with SaaS identity providers or cloud-hosted federation tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills across tokens, cookies, sessions, redirects, and metadata.
Proven ability to create technical documentation, runbooks, migration plans, and partner

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Cloud Identity platforms
Familiarity with Automation or Scripting using python, PowerShell or Ansible
Experience supporting identity-related incident response and audit requirements.
Understanding of consumer identity security, privacy requirements, and MFA/identity assurance.
