Job Description

An employer is looking for a Document Management Analyst to join their team on a hybrid basis in Hartford CT. This agency is going to be moving all of their documentation to Scan-Optics for digitization. The Document Management Analyst will be responsible for delivering organization and administrative support this for modernization effort to various. This will require the individual to travel to various sites across Connecticut to survey the documents at each site and work with the on-site staff to prep their documentation and files in order for the move to Scan-Optics. They should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with eligibility, electronic health records, case management, or claims processing. They will utilize Microsoft Office Suite to help with analysis, preparation, and process re-designs.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in an Administrative/Document Management position
2+ years of experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements
Familiarity with electronic medical records, case management, or claims processing
Strong experience with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to travel to various provider sites
