Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master/Business Analyst to support the ongoing operation and enhancement of a legacy on-premises Data Warehouse environment while helping lead a strategic modernization initiative to migrate from AIX, Mainframe, Ab Initio, and DataStage technologies to native Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions utilizing BigQuery SQL and Python. This individual will serve a hybrid role, combining Agile delivery leadership with business analysis responsibilities, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and product owners to manage production support, coordinate new application enhancements, document requirements, develop user stories, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive execution of modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare data experience, a deep understanding of data warehouse and reporting environments, and the ability to quickly analyze complex data flows, identify dependencies and risks, and develop actionable plans that ensure successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to bridge business and technical teams throughout a large-scale cloud transformation initiative.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Healthcare IT experience; Aetna experience is a plus.
Proven experience working in Data Warehouse, Reporting, Analytics, or large-scale data environments.
Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience, including facilitation of ceremonies and backlog management.
Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project scope.
Ability to understand end-to-end data flows, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive delivery outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams during complex modernization initiatives.
Experience working with healthcare data, including Medicaid, Claims, Membership, Provider, or related domains.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of DB2 and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery
