Job Description

Primary Objective: Drive the successful delivery and adoption of customer-facing digital products by leading Agile execution, coaching high-performing cross-functional teams, enabling product-centric decision-making, and ensuring the effective delivery of mobile application enhancements that improve member experience and business outcomes.

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Scrum Master to support a Mobile App Member Upgrade product team. In this role, you will drive agile delivery practices, enable high-performing cross-functional teams, and accelerate the delivery and adoption of customer-facing digital products. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to ensure product roadmaps are executed effectively while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and business value.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Support roadmap execution and delivery planning to achieve business objectives.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Promote a product mindset focused on customer value, adoption, and outcomes.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Use data, metrics, and customer insights to support decision-making and drive delivery improvements.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Support customer journey mapping initiatives to improve end-to-end member experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting technical product engineering teams.
• Healthcare or insurance claims domain expertise required.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies with SAFe certification.
• Experience managing large-scale technology modernization initiatives with delivery metrics, risk and gap analysis, documentation, and coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Expertise with JIRA and Rally.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Technical Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies.
• Mobile application development lifecycle.
• UX/UI design principles and practices.
• Digital customer experience.
• Product management methodologies.
• Analytics and customer behavior measurement.
