Job Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring for a Data Analyst with a strong QA testing background They will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data ecosystem. You’ll analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, validate data pipelines and ETL processes within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and ensure data accuracy across systems. Collaborating closely with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, you’ll define testing strategies, execute SQL queries for validation, and contribute to Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and QA Testing
• Hands-on expertise with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage) and SSRS Reports
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with ETL tools and data validation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
•Background in healthcare or Clinical Solutions
