Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong experience in healthcare claims and workflow management tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on optimizing claims workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency within healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support implementation of new claims systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare payer domain.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare claims lifecycle and standards.
- Experience with claims adjudication systems (e.g., QNXT, Health edge, or similar) and workflow management systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare payer systems
