Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with experience building workflows and optimizing the ServiceNow platforms. This person will configure and enhance ServiceNow modules to support business process. They will be responsible for managing the platform administration including user roles, access control and system configurations, in addition to upgrades and patches. They will also be troubleshooting any platform issues.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration or Development
Experience design, build and maintain ServiceNow workflows
Configuration of ServiceNow modules including ITSM (HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.).
Platform Administration including user roles, access controls and system administration
Support Platform upgrades, patches and feature deployments
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM (HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Certifies System Administrator (CSA)
