Insight Global is seeking Secret Cleared Electrical Engineers to join our team. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in the final stages of submarine construction, focusing on testing and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with power distribution, generation, and/or conversion The day to day will consist of the following.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of electrical systems on newly constructed submarines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure all systems meet operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
-Document and report findings, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during testing and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing procedures and protocols.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

- Proven ability to work with a cross functional team.
- Extensive Electrical Design Experience.
- Experience with submarine construction and testing.
- Familiarity with military standards and protocols.
- Experience with Battery Systems.
- Experience utilizing Power Conversion equipment.
- Bachelors in Engineering.
