Data Architect

Insight Global is seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Architect to lead initiatives across the full data lifecycle—from extraction and transformation, to modeling and analytics enablement. You’ll be the bridge between enterprise data systems and business insights, developing scalable data architecture for internal reporting and future-facing analytics. This person will be extracting and integrating data from diverse enterprise systems into data warehouses. They will be designing and implementing data pipelines to ensure data integrity. They will be building and maintaining Oracles tables and support the creating of Snowflake environments. They will be working with data modelers to create robust data models using Tableau, PowerBI and SAP Business objects for enterprise-wide reporting. This person will be creating and maintaining star schemas and will support initiatives to implement data lakes into the environment and look into AI-driven predictive analytics.

5+ years of experience designing and implementing data architecture across the full data lifecycle
Expertise in ETL processes, enterprise data systems, and data warehousing.
Proficiency with Oracle and SQL databases and Snowflake environments.
Understanding of star schema design and dimensional modeling techniques.
Architecture Experience creating proof of concepts, diagramming and modeling
Experience creating data governance and data dictionaries
Knowledge of graphs and data ontology
Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

Platform knowledge in Palantir or Neo4J
Experience with AI/ML platforms or integration of predictive models.
Background in data security in a highly regulated environment
Familiarity with data lake architectures and predictive analytics tools.
Strong modeling skills in Tableau, Power BI, and Business Objects.
