An employer is looking to identify a Director of Backend/DevOps Engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant individual contribution in the
near term. The right candidate will combine strong technical execution with
ownership of team performance, release quality, and operational maturity. You will be responsible for owning backend delivery/execution, release management, reliability, observability and operations.

3+ years in Technical Management
Expertise with Node.js and TypeScript in Production
Deep experience with PostgreSQL
Advanced Experience with AWS Services
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in SaaS product companies
Experience in Start-Up or Early Stage Growth Company
Experience in Payments or High Transaction Data Environments
