Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Manager with an Engineering, Construction Management background to support a leading manufacturing company based in Glastonbury, CT. This role plays a key part in project development and execution, ensuring smooth coordination across engineering, procurement, and field operations. Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to support the sales proposal process, and engineering,
procurement, and construction activities.
-Coordinate with project teams to integrate schedules across all project phases, and monitor and update
schedules as needed.
-Conduct critical path analysis and recommend schedule recovery plans as needed.
-Implement project budgets and cost control systems, and prepare cost forecasts, variance analysis, and
financial performance reports.
-Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating cost risks and recommending cost-saving
strategies.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to develop contingency plans and resolve risk-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience
-Proficiency with project controls software (i.e., Primavera P6, MS Project, cost management tools)
• Familiarity with contract management standards (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools
