Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Project Engineer with an Electrical engineering background, to support a manufacturing company based out of Glastonbury. This role supports with project development and execution including but not limited to the following.
-Review and approve project specifications
-Coordinate procurement and vendor documentation to ensure compliance and timely delivery
-Collaborate with Project managers, Engineers, and contractors to align activities and project goals.
-Maintain Engineering documentation, provide technical reports, and updates.
-Travel to project sites.

Required Skills & Experience
- Led electrical engineering efforts for power generation systems and infrastructure, including design, implementation, and commissioning.
- Worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Managed electrical design reviews, vendor selection, and developed detailed specifications for switchgear, transformers, and control systems.
- Oversaw project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of electrical components and systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
