Job Description
A state and local entity is looking for an entry level Help Desk Associate to sit onsite in Enfield, full-time. This person is going to be working on tickets, troubleshooting and helping with username and password resets throughout the organization. This person should have good customer service experience, be able to speak clearly and the ability to respond quickly to inquiries over the phone, email, or ticketing system.

Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in IT customer support or customer service
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and networking fundamentals/basics
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous internship/professional experience
