Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Senior Software Engineer to join a large aerospace client located in the Hartford, CT area. This person will automate the creation of a Model Based Definition Tech Data Package by creating a job orchestration tool to integrate various tools each of which have a dedicated derivative generation or validation function. They will be responsible for COTS software installation and configuration on windows servers. Day-to-day will consist of working with engineers within the company to uncover problems and think of solutions to these problems regarding the engineering tools they are using. This person should have experience coding in Python, Java, or C#. This position reports through engineering organization and has close ties with the IT organization.

5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
Experience with programming languages including Python, C#, or Java
Senior level software developer able to work independently implementing new software and technologies
Digital Technologies business analyst (extract process and business requirements, requirements documentation, User Acceptance Testing)
Installation and Configuration of software on windows servers
Knowledge of engineering technologies such as NX CAD
Strong understanding of Teamcenter PLM Software
Experience working with MBD principles
Experience with TC Dispatcher, Anark 3D PFD, MBDvidia (QIF), CADIQ, Elysium (TransServer), eQube or any related translation software.
Experience working in Agile
