Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Master to support an aerospace manufacturing client, leading a newly formed Agile team consisting of Power BI Developers and Data Engineers. This individual will play a key role in evaluating the team’s current processes and implementing Agile best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of Power BI developers and Data Engineers
- Assess current team workflows and Agile maturity
- Implement Scrum framework, including ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, reviews)
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to manage backlog, prioritization, and delivery timelines
- Identify and remove roadblocks impacting team performance
- Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead
- Experience supporting data or analytics teams (Data Engineers, BI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile delivery
- Experience standing up or transforming teams into Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
- Experience working with Power BI or data platforms
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
