Job Description
Insight Global is looking to bring on a Scrum Master to support multiple project initiatives by ensuring consistent execution of Agile and PMO processes. This role is responsible for driving project delivery, maintaining governance, and managing project health through tools such as Planview, Jira, and Confluence. The Scrum Master will execute and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while ensuring adherence to PMO and Agile processes and alignment with organizational standards. The individual will maintain accountability for overall project execution, timelines, and deliverables, track risks, issues, and dependencies in Jira with clear visibility to stakeholders, and partner closely with PMO and cross‑functional teams to drive transparency, consistency, and process compliance. Planview, or other PPM tools, will be used to report on project status, key milestones, and financials.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in a scrum master role supporting Agile project delivery
• Hands-on experience with PPM tools (Planview strongly preferred; others acceptable)
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence
• Ability to manage project financials, status reporting, and risk tracking
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience working within a PMO environment
-Prior exposure to enterprise-scale project portfolios
