Job Description

• This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Quality Control Inspector located in East Hartford, CT. The Quality Control Inspector will perform inspections of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and engineering specifications.
This role is a hands‑on mix of inspection and document control, with a strong focus on electrical components, PCB assemblies, incoming inspection, in‑process inspection, and final inspection, as well as sheet metal and mechanical components. The inspector will review and document inspection results, maintain quality control logs and checklists, collaborate closely with production teams to resolve quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience of quality inspector experience in any relevant industry (electronics, mechanical, aerospace, military manufacturing)
• Experience performing incoming, in-process or final inspections
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience inspecting PCB assemblies and mechanical, electrical or sheet metal components
