This individual will partner closely with engineers, internal customers, and laboratory teams to build and maintain project schedules, track budgets, and ensure alignment across multiple ongoing initiatives. The role focuses on supporting highly technical teams by acting as a bridge between engineering execution and program needs. The Project Engineer will consolidate inputs from multiple engineers, develop structured project timelines, and ensure deliverables align with business priorities and critical path milestones. A key responsibility includes creating and maintaining master schedules, including executive-level summaries that communicate project health, risks, and timelines. This individual will also coordinate activities across internal labs, external testing labs, and suppliers to ensure samples are ordered, tested, and analyzed on schedule. In addition, they will develop standardized BOE templates and support the creation of a consistent database for project and cost tracking. The ideal candidate will help introduce Agile principles to the team while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.
