Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Lead to join an Aerospace company located in East Hartford, CT. This role will play a crucial job in supporting the operations and logistics around the allocation of parts and materials to depots around the world. The ideal candidates will develop part and material profiles ensuring timely delivery to required locations. They will be confident with reading and manipulating data sets to understand the larger picture and align efficiencies for maximum productivity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting with Engineering changes.
- Supporting Operation Excellence strategies specifically with Manufacturing Readiness Levels(MRL) progression and productivity.
- Coordinate capacity strategies for engineering changes with suppliers and shop floors.
- Identify risk and communicate potential resolutions with cross functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering change management, manufacturing operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of casting processes and raw material changes.
- Proven ability to drive schedules and recover delays in complex industrial environments.
-Experience reporting to executive leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives.
-Ability to travel domestically once a month.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Manufacturing background in Automotive or Aerospace.
