A banking client is looking for a Loan Operations Team Lead to sit in Cheshire CT. The Operations Team Lead will be a working manager, along with managing a team of 5. This person is going to be working specifically with car loans, and must have a customer first mentality. They will be responsible for processing and monitoring loan payments, improve processes and performance while supporting staff development. They must have previous managerial experience.

5-7+ years of experience working in a financial loan organization - preferably car loans
5+ years of experience working in a leadership/managerial role
Overall understanding of loans, loan processing and payoffs
Experience monitoring large payments made on loans
Call center or loan operations experience
