A client of Insight Global is seeking a Level 3 Network Engineer with deep expertise in supporting media broadcast environments. This role will lead incident response efforts, mentor NetOps engineers, and collaborate closely with Disneys Network Architecture and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and operational excellence.

- Strong experience with PTP, Multicast, Encoders/Decoders
- Hands-on knowledge of Evertz NAT Card and SMPTE 2110
- Proven ability to support media broadcast environments
- Experience leading incident response for network outages
- Ability to develop internal documentation and knowledge bases
- Strong mentoring and training skills for technical teams
- Prior experience working with Disney or similar enterprise environments
- Familiarity with NetOps workflows and escalation processes
- Experience organizing knowledge-sharing sessions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
