Evergreen is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the re-platforming and modernization of an existing application at one of our Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a broad experience collecting and refining requirements across a variety of technologies and industries and will have an excellent track record translating business need into technical action. Must be able to listen, work collaboratively, and communicate impactfully with non-technical client stakeholders, outcome-focused delivery managers, and technical personnel, ensuring that business requirements are clearly and comprehensively captured and converted into actionable technical deliverables and features.

7+ years experience as a business analyst in multiple industries across a variety of technologies
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills that work effectively with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and technical personnel
Must possess sufficient business acumen to quickly adapt and interact with stakeholders in their language and terms
Must have empathy and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work successfully and handle disagreements in a collaborative environment
Must be organized and able to exercise personal initiative to complete assignments independently without close supervision
Must be able to create effective work breakdowns from user requirements and compose clear user stories to be actioned by developers and testers
Prior experience working within an Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.).
Experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare or Healthcare Services industries
Understanding of Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development principles
A functional understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience with an Agile platform like Jira or Azure Boards
Experience writing user and technical documentation
Experience with medical compliance including HIPAA compliance
