Job Description

Evergreen is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the re-platforming and modernization of an existing application at one of our Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate would have experience in the Healthcare services industry and have an excellent track record of shepherding technology products through large-scale modernization efforts. Must be able to listen, work collaboratively, and communicate impactfully with non-technical client stakeholders, outcome-focused delivery managers, and technical personnel, ensuring that work products meet client needs while being delivered in a timely fashion.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ Years Product Owner
Experience delivering technical products in the Healthcare industry (Care management), with strong preference for Healthcare Services experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills that work effectively with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and technical personnel
Must have empathy and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work successfully and handle disagreements in a collaborative environment
Must possess a servant leader mindset, making and executing decisions for the good of the project overall
Must be able to oversee and manage the work of Business Analysts
Prior experience working within an Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience refining requirements and writing stories in an iterative, Sprint-based development environment
A functional understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience with medical compliance including HIPAA compliance
