Job Description

An employer is seeking a RN. Support the care team and its patients by providing and documenting nursing care following established standards and practices. Serve as a liaison between patients, staff and providers. Document all patient interactions and other clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner in EPIC Provide education to parents and patients regarding their illness or injury and provide instruction on self management of their condition.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active unrestricted RN licensure in CT Ideally
• 1 plus years’ experience working in hospital or medical office
• Self Starter, Problem solver
• Type of certification required: RN
