Insight Global is looking to add a Sr Test Performance Engineer to lead a large healthcare client's team. This person will be in a leadership position and working with development teams on providing solutions to problems within applications specifically around scalability. They will be responsible for the tuning of applications, application monitoring, and operating as a shared service for other development teams to ensure applications are performing well. On day-to-day this person will be working on performance analysis and code optimization challenged across multiple application domains. They will be focusing on end-to-end performance analysis, capacity planning & optimization, environment ownership, and developer support. Our client is looking for someone who will act as a leader and provide valuable information as well as someone who is strong in organization and attention to detail.

Leadership experience with driving solutions for developers on how/what to improve on
5+ years of experience in performance engineering role analyzing, troubleshooting, and automating performance workloads on large scale systems
5+ years of experience with build automation tools utilizing CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Java and its internal (JVM performance tuning, etc.) and Java Profiling (JProfiler)
Experience building frameworks and driving architecture design for testability
