Insight Global is looking to add a Scrum Master to help lead a large healthcare client's team. This person will be working in the center of excellence along with other scrum master's & product owners. On a day to day this person will help in facilitating sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement, etc. They will support the team in establishing realistic and achievable delivery commitments while operating at a sustainable pace. This person will help with building and supporting a learning environment for continual growth as well as maintain metrics and data necessary to provide visibility on progress, quality and value to stakeholders. This client of ours is looking for someone who has a self-starter mentality!

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with technical teams
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, converting complex challenges into simplified options and recommendations
Ability to navigate a fast paced, highly matrixed organization effectively in order to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
