Insight Global is looking for a Technical Lead for Big Data Engineering. This person will be supporting a large healthcare insurance client supporting platforms for financial rebates. They will be working on a modernization project and standing up an environment for new projection data. This person will be a hands on lead for a team of 6 data engineers by helping with technical reviews and assign user stories. They will be working on a Scrum team and will work alongside data architects to aid in solutioning. This is a high volume data application and will be responsible for Performance Management and Release Management.

5+ years of experience in Technical Leadership in a Big Data Environment
Teradata experience
ETL Experience with Glue and Lambda Functions
RedShift Serverless with AWS
Experience creating Materialized Views in Amazon Redshift
Release Management and Performance Management within Big Data
SQL Experience- Queries and Joins
Experience with Data Lakes
