Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer to support a Data Group initiative focused on Enterprise Data Platform improvements and enhancements. The RTE will oversee 4–5 Scrum teams focusing on data engineering, data governance, and platforms. They will coordinate and facilitate key Agile events such as PI planning, demos, and cross‑team syncs, while helping to manage dependencies and risk across the various teams. The RTE will also work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure effective participation in stand‑ups, backlog readiness, and delivery tracking within Jira, providing visibility and alignment at the program level. The ideal candidate will have previously supported data‑focused projects involving platform, warehouse, or enterprise data enhancements and will be comfortable operating in a practical, execution‑driven Agile environment, ready to hit the ground running when joining the project.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years experience as an RTE supporting multiple scrum teams
-Strong experience utilizing Jira for tracking progress across multiple teams and supporting backlog readiness and reporting
-Previous experience supporting data focused initiatives, such an data modernization, enhancements, or improvements
-Excellent communication skills with proven experience working across cross‑functional teams

-Experience working at a utilities company
