Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. On a day-to-day basis, they will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The recruiter will typically oversee approximately 20 open requisitions at a time, supporting a moderate hiring volume that includes both production and corporate roles. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, balancing competing priorities, navigating hiring challenges, and driving timely hiring outcomes while operating within established talent acquisition processes and systems.
This is a 6 month hybrid contract position with a pay range of $24- $27/hr. Please apply if you're interested!

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting for both professional and plant level employees
- Experience using SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other large scale ATS
- Proficient with LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing tools
