Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to support operations at the AFB Academy campus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom and cabling, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to verifying all phone systems on the circuit pathway across the campus.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications systems and cabling infrastructure.
Verify and test all phone lines across the AFB Academy campus to ensure functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with internal teams to support telecom-related service requests and upgrades.
Maintain accurate documentation of installations, tests, and service activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telecommunications or similar cabling experience in a different technical role.
Proven experience with telecom systems and cabling installation.
Basic understanding of telephone systems and infrastructure.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using a telephone test set for line verification and diagnostics.
Prior work in campus or multi-building environments.
