A School District client of Insight Global is seeking part time Service Desk Technician to join their Service Desk team. This Service Desk Technician will be responsible for handling password resets, and any tickets that many come through. This individual will handle two phone lines, 1 for general IT issues that may arise, and 1 for account sign-in issues. Day to day responsibilities will include watching for tickets to come through, handling password resets, and utilizing great customer service skills to resolve these tickets. Experience with identity verification is essential as this individual will be verifying identities in order to move forward with password resets that can come through before and during the start of the school year.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and a customer service focused individual with excellent problem solving skills. This is a 2 month contract role, scheduled from July 28-September 30th. This position is an on-site role in Thornton, Colorado with the weekly hours being between 7am-12pm Monday-Friday.
