Job Description
A large school district in the Denver Metro area is looking to add on a Maintenance Technician to their team. This person will be in charge of basic maintenance for buildings leased out by several different tenants. This person will be responsible for tracking and fulfilling all requests from tenants, perform preventative maintenance, quality check, filter changes, and equipment upkeep.
This person will be "on call" - of which responsibilities include responding and providing action to emergency maintenance tickets. They will call the appropriate people to address the issue in a timely manner.

- 1+ years of experience in HVAC or electrical work
- Confidence in trade maintenance
- Have own vehicle
- Time management

- Experience with a variety of trades, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc.
- Eagerness to grow and learn new skillsets
