Job Description

A leader in the oil and gas industry is looking to hire a Workover Scheduler for a contract to hire position. This person will be in charge of managing and maintaining schedules for workover rig operations in the DJ and Powder River Basin. This will include reading and analyzing rig reports in order to estimate delays in schedules, and making schedule changes based on maintenance and projected move-time of rigs with drilling and fracking changes. They will also adapt schedules based on mineral and land constraints. This person will be working with between 6-8 other teams consistently to manage updates cross functionally.



Ideally, this person will have experience in a production related oil and gas environment, along with technical skills or background to do data pulls and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of operations experience in oil and gas, preferably in a scheduling role

Strong understanding of workover rig operations

Ability to read rig reports

Technical skills to manage data and reporting
