Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to support a large-scale finance transformation initiative. This role will focus on validating, reconciling, and migrating financial data across SAP, PeopleSoft, and other ERP systems while ensuring data integrity throughout enterprise-wide system modernization projects. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies independently. This position will play a critical role in supporting data migration, system validation, financial reporting accuracy, and accounting process standardization across a global organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries
- Experience working across multiple ERP systems
- Experience with managing large data sets relating to system integrations and data migration projects
- Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, validate information, and correct data entry errors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working with updated versions of SAP
- Understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Exposure to Book of Record or similar financial transformation projects
- Experience preparing management-level financial reports (weekly/monthly)
- Prior involvement in special projects or process improvement initiatives
