Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking for an AR Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This individual will report into the AR Operations Supervisor and play a key role supporting both internal branches and external customers by resolving inquiries related to accounts receivable processes, systems, and products.
This person will be responsible for responding to inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or customer support
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable solutions
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Experience documenting cases or tickets in internal systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using help desk software, CRM systems, or ticketing tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Professional and customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
