Job Description

A leading real estate firm in Longmont, Colorado is looking for an Operating Engineer to perform all plumbing, electrical and HVAC requirements of buildings and properties. You will maintain a clean and safe working environment, conduct routine assessments, day to day preventive maintenance, painting, and perform any repairs or adjustments for assigned properties. You will also be responsible for responding to emergency calls such as fire, evacuation, equipment failure, and other immediate customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial property.
Experience in operation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, compressors, and water systems.
