Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Front-Desk Office Administrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity that sits 100% onsite in Littleton, CO. This Front-Desk Office Administrator will be responsible for handling sensitive client documents, answering client calls, and overseeing a variety of other administrative tasks as needed. They will be asked to greet clients and visitors that come into the office, assist with scheduling, and ensuring that client's financial statements are complete/accurate. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that could potentially convert early for the right candidate. This role is 100% onsite in Littleton, CO and working hours are M-F; 8am-5pm.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in banking/finance/healthcare industry)
Well-versed in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
Experience handling documents with sensitive information securely

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Financial Services / Banking industry experience
Experience in a client/customer-facing role
Bachelor's Degree (or similar higher education)
