Job Description

We are seeking a senior‑level Principal Engineer to serve as a core technical leader within our WiFi Core and Network Engineering organization. This role is a hands‑on, senior technical position responsible for driving technical and process change, validating deployment readiness, and supporting operations across large‑scale WiFi, backbone, and 5G networks. Day to Day:
• Serve as the senior technical lead for wireless and network engineering initiatives
• Review and validate technical documentation, designs, MOPs, and SOPs related to deployments before production implementation
• Partner with operations to ensure network changes are operationally sound, necessary, and scalable
• Provide peer support and mentorship to junior and mid‑level engineers; act as the escalation point for complex issues
• Drive and influence automation strategies across network operations
• Analyze how customer traffic is transported across backbone, core, and 5G networks and advise on improvements
• Lead and participate in incident response and break‑fix efforts
• Support deployment efforts involving routers, switches, wireless controllers, and WiFi infrastructure
•Maintain alignment with engineering standards, integration requirements, and company policies

This position is 4 days a week on-site in Greenwood Village, CO and has a salary range of $145,000-$185,000 annually depending on qualifications and years of experience.
