                            We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to sit fully remote in Illinois or Minnesota, or hybrid in Greenwood Village to support one of Insight Global’s key clients in enhancing and maintaining their Data Party Management API, a critical microservice built with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS. This API serves as the backbone of their customer and contact data management infrastructure.
Pay Range falls from $65-75/hr dependent on YOE

                        Required Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            •Expert-level proficiency with Python (3.12+) and FastAPI.
•Strong experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and performance tuning.
•Hands-on experience with AWS (RDS, Secrets Manager, EKS).
•Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration.
•Deep understanding of REST API design and asynchronous programming (async/await).
•Proven experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
•Familiarity with OpenSearch or similar semantic/vector search technologies.
•Exposure to AWS Bedrock or similar generative AI platforms.
                        
                    
                    
                        Nice to Have Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            •Background in data-centric microservices or high-throughput API systems.
•Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native applications.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid team.
